You need to try to get at least eight hours of sleep a night and make sure you stay on a good sleep schedule. This means it’s not a good idea to sleep during the day and stay up all night and then switch to staying up during the day and sleeping at night. A schedule is important to help you stay adjusted and helps prevent you from becoming depressed.
